1- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

3- Refunds are only applicable for unused or undamaged packages.

Basic Listing Package :
1- 1200 payment tokens can be used daily.
2- 1200 payment slips will be available daily.
3- Customer support is available.
4- No facility to update organization name or other information.
5- No fees for organization payments.
Standard Listing Packag :
1- 2100 payment tokens can be used daily.
2- 2100 payment slips will be available daily.
3- Live customer support is available.
4- Organization name or other information can be updated 3 times a month.
5- No fees for organization payments.
Premium Listing Package :
1- Unlimited payment tokens can be used daily.
2- Unlimited payment slips will be available daily.
3- Live customer support is available.
4- Organization name or other information can be updated 5 times a month.
5- No fees for organization payments.
Detailed Refund Policy :
Basic Listing Package (Monthly ₹10.25) Refunds are not applicable for this package. However, customers can contact customer support for problem resolution.
Standard Package: 20% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Premium Package: 10% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refund due to application issues:
If a refund is requested due to application issues, no amount will be deducted, and a full refund will be provided.
