Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the FundingPe platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1 Use of the Platform:

FundingPe is an online platform that facilitates direct payments to various Mosques, Madrasas, Oli Auliyas, and Social Organizations. 

Users can browse listed organizations and make payments directly through their preferred UPI apps.

2 Financial Transactions:

FundingPe does not process any financial transactions. All payments are made directly by users to the respective organization’s UPI ID. 

Users can share the payment receipt with the committee via WhatsApp directly from the FundingPe app. FundingPe is not responsible for any financial transactions made through the platform.

3 Organization Verification:

FundingPe verifies all organizations listed on the platform to ensure they comply with Indian law and religious norms. However, FundingPe is not responsible for the activities or conduct of any listed organization.

4 User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment information they provide and for verifying the legitimacy of the organizations they choose to support.

5 Intellectual Property:

All content and materials on the FundingPe platform, including logos, text, and graphics, are the property of FundingPe and are protected by intellectual property laws. 

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission from FundingPe.

6 Limitation of Liability:

FundingPe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any transactions made through it.

7 Personal Data Protection:

FundingPe is committed to protecting users’ personal information. We do not share your data with third parties and use it only to improve the functionality of the platform.

8 Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.

If the discussion fails, the dispute will be resolved through court proceedings in accordance with Indian law.

9 Changes to Terms:

FundingPe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10 Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
